DESCRIPTION
This is a high quality extra virgin olive oil, obtained from selected olives of the Cima di Bitonto and Coratina variety, according to the strict rules of production of the consortium that protects this product. It has a fruity taste with a hint of artichoke and an almond aftertaste, and is green tending towards yellow in colour. With its fragrant, intense flavour, Elianto DOP is recommended for drizzling over bruschetta, roast fish or in “dips” and, in cooking, to enhance the flavour of food. It is bottled and filtered using a Bari-style filter, by being poured through a “cotton mattress”.
