Independently of what Italian or European Union laws impose, for Elianto, the customer is sacred and its aim is to establish a relationship of total, mutual trust as regards the quality of its products and the seriousness of its approach to business. This is why, at Elianto, there is an “internal code” in force, which places respect and correct behaviour towards the Customer above any other, legal consideration.

Elianto applies Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, which lays down that, before a sale takes place, it must supply certain items of information (supplier identity, product characteristics, the price including taxes and the time for which it is valid, and delivery and payment costs and methods). We publish these on our website or notify them to you by telephone, with maximum clarity, since we feel sure of our products and our serious approach and we want those who choose us to do so in the secure knowledge that what they purchase is of excellent quality, having already a taste of the delicious products they are about to place on their tables or offer to their friends.

The decree provides that the customer may exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify or specify the reasons for this, giving written notification to the seller by registered letter with advice of receipt within 10 working days starting from the day of receipt of the products.
