A dream of two friends who would like to share with gourmets and connoisseurs everywhere their rediscovery of traditions and the pleasures of good, healthy and, above all, tasty eating.

This is why, each year, we choose the best olives picked in an area of around 50 sq. km. in the districts of Molfetta, Bitonto, Giovinazzo and Terlizzi. We take them to be milled in the cooperative olive mill, where they still work with enthusiasm and respect for traditional methods. Then we mix the products to obtain a delicate oil that is much appreciated for its unique flavour - a fitting outcome of thousands of years of history.

With the same enthusiasm, we choose the best vegetables picked in Terra di Bari and in the Tavoliere delle Puglie area; we enhance them with a brief processing carried out in a small laboratory, and then hand them over to experts to preserve them in our olive oil.

In 2003, we decided that we would no longer keep these delicious products for a limited group of fortunate clients, but offer them to those who, like us, believe that the pleasure of eating lies in rediscovering authentic flavours, in simple but tasty recipes that closely reflect traditional cuisine.

All of our products come from small handmade processes and for this reason, you will not find them in normal commercial sales networks: they are passed solely and directly from our hands to your tables!
